Emma Rene Horner, a seasoned Senior Counsel, is a key member of the Employment Law practice group, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to the table.

Emma focuses her practice on employment and labor disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour (particularly class action and PAGA) matters. Her expertise is not confined to litigation; she also extends invaluable advice to employers and companies on various employment matters and spends time working with and mentoring GRSM’s law clerks, as she has developed GRSM’s law clerk program.

Throughout her practice, Emma maintains her unwavering dedication to her clients and to navigating complex legal challenges.
