Emma Rene Horner serves as Assistant Chair of the San Diego office’s Employment practice group. She focuses her practice on employment and labor disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour (particularly class action and PAGA) matters.

Emma extends advice to employers, companies, and tribal governments on various employment matters. As Chair of the office’s law clerk program, she also spends time working with and mentoring law clerks, as well as case assistants who are just beginning their professional careers in the legal field.

Throughout her practice, Emma maintains her unwavering dedication to her clients and to navigating complex legal challenges.
