Eran D. Grossman has extensive litigation experience. Eran has earned a reputation for strategic and results-driven advocacy, achieving successful outcomes in high value cases throughout the state and federal courts of New York.

Eran has litigated hundreds of cases from inception to trial, represented both plaintiffs and defendants, conducted jury and bench trials, taken verdicts, conducted hundreds of depositions, successfully argued numerous dispositive motions and negotiated hundreds of favorable settlements. Prior to joining GRSM, Eran was in-house counsel with Consolidated Edison defending the company in both property and injury related lawsuits and was an Assistant Borough Chief with the New York City Law Department defending various municipal agencies in protracted litigation.

Eran served as a faculty member with the trial advocacy program at Fordham University School of Law and is a certified mediator by the NY Peace Institute and certified arbitrator by the NY County Lawyers Association, Joint Committee on Fee Disputes.
