Eric A. Simon is an Associate in GRSM’s Chicago office. Eric’s practice focuses primarily on litigation and pre-suit matters throughout the country relating to insurance coverage and cyber security.

Prior to joining GRSM, Eric was an Associate attorney at a prominent Chicago-based litigation defense firm where he handled medical malpractice and professional negligence lawsuits. Eric has experience litigating in federal and state courts.
