- Obtained complete dismissal of $17 million product liability lawsuit, in the case of Nicholas Gambo v. Lyft, Inc. et al., case no. 1:22-cv-01726-RDM, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.”
- Obtained partial judgment on the pleadings in $8.5 million product liability lawsuit, in the case of Gavin Craig et al. v. Gree U.S.A., Inc. et al., case no. 3:24-cv-00846-JJH, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Western District.
