Eric P. O’Connor is a seasoned attorney with a robust practice focused on commercial litigation, entertainment, and sports law. Eric represents a diverse range of clients, including high-profile influencers, recording artists, record labels, athletes, professional sports teams, and businesses across fashion, retail, and digital media sectors.

Eric’s litigation experience encompasses contract disputes, intellectual property matters, business torts and negligence claims. He has successfully guided clients through all phases of litigation, consistently delivering results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

Beyond litigation, Eric also serves as outside general counsel, advising businesses on entity formation, labor compliance, intellectual property management, and complex transactions.
