Erica Briggs focuses her practice on product liability, aviation, and environmental and toxic tort matters. She also provides related services in transportation and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining GRSM, Erica was an associate at a mid-size law firm in Philadelphia, and worked as Assistant City Attorney in Huntington, West Virginia. Erica graduated cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law, where she was an oral argument finalist in the law school’s Hunter Appellate Advocacy Program. Following law school, Erica clerked with the Honorable Julio Mendez, Assignment Judge to Atlantic and Cape May County, New Jersey.
