Erica Meyer has extensive experience advising clients in employment, labor, wage and hour, and civil rights disputes as well as products liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, and maritime matters. She combines extensive courtroom experience with strong negotiation skills to deliver practical, results-driven solutions for clients facing complex legal challenges. She has secured favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom, drawing on her ability to simplify complex issues and craft strategies that protect her clients’ interests efficiently and effectively.

Erica has a decade of experience handling all stages of litigation from depositions to trials and motion practice in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration with the American Arbitration Association and hearings in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights.

Clients rely on and value Erica’s clear communication, responsiveness, and integrity. Her broad experience across employment, commercial, and tort litigation allows her to adapt strategies to each matter, whether pursuing trial, mediation, arbitration, or settlement, all while ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Prior to joining GRSM Erica garnered experience as an attorney in the Office of the Corporation Counsel, defending the City of New York and its agencies in civil lawsuits, and as an attorney at two prominent plaintiff employment firms. This experience gives Erica a unique understanding from both sides of the table ultimately benefiting her clients.
