Erika Weiler focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Before joining GRSM in 2026, Erika handled complex probate litigation matters along with complex commercial litigation matters.

Erika has successfully litigated breaches of contract, property disputes, lack of capacity, undue influence, and breaches of fiduciary duties. She has also mediated a variety of disputes and achieved favorable results in court through oral argument, demonstrating strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

Erika is an Arizona native and has been actively involved in the legal community. She served on the Committee on Examinations for the Arizona Supreme Court from January 2022 to December 2025 and currently serves on the Committee on Character and Fitness.
