At GRSM, Erin’s practice focuses on defending corporations in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. She participates in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings, motions, and written discovery, as well as assisting with trial preparation.

Erin graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in May 2024, where she was deeply involved in both academic and extracurricular activities. Throughout law school, Erin demonstrated a strong commitment to legal excellence, taking on leadership roles as a Note and Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review, as well as the Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Chair for the Board of Advocates. She also participated in various pro bono initiatives. During law school, Erin worked for several civil litigation firms throughout Arkansas. Additionally, she gained invaluable experience studying at Cambridge University in England, where she learned firsthand about the English legal system. This experience not only enriched her legal education but also solidified her passion for client advocacy.

In addition to excelling in coursework, Erin served as the President of both the Women’s Law Student Association and the Wellness Society. She also participated in the Human Trafficking Clinic, providing resources to the Immigrant Resettlement and Justice Center and analyzing federal law related to the eligibility of human trafficking victims for T status under 8 CFR 214.11 for the Coalition to Abolish Human Trafficking and Slavery. Erin won the William H. Sutton Barrister's Union Trial Competition and competed on the TYLA Traveling Trial Competition Team. These experiences helped Erin develop strong legal skills in research, writing, and client communication, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the law and a dedication to delivering high-quality legal service.

As an Associate attorney, Erin draws on these formative experiences to bring both technical expertise and a client-focused mindset to her practice. Her involvement in law school fostered a comprehensive approach to the law, which she continues to apply in serving clients with diligence, passion, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.
