Erin K. Allen has significant experience in both litigation and corporate matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Erin worked in private practice where she delivered general counsel services to local companies and represented companies in commercial litigation matters. Erin previously worked as an associate general counsel for a large health insurance company where she provided legal support and consultative services to further the company’s goals. Erin began her career with a large Florida-based firm, where she defended local and national clients in complex commercial litigation involving contract disputes and business tort claims.
