Erin O’Connor focuses her practice on toxic tort matters. She represents clients in complex litigation matters, assisting with all phases of case development, motion practice, discovery, and dispute resolution.

With years of experience working in litigation, she is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic advocacy and practical solutions tailored to her clients’ objectives. Erin has experience supporting trial teams in breach of contract, real estate, and complex real estate litigation matters.

During law school, Erin served as a law clerk with the Civil Clinic at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she assisted in the successful settlement of an identity theft litigation matter. Erin also served as an Academic Success Fellow for a first-year contracts course in law school, assisting in teaching first year students the basic tenets of contract law.
