Erin Roche is a diligent and experienced litigator with a commitment to exceeding client expectations throughout the litigation process. She has more than 10 years of experience in civil litigation, focused primarily on insurance defense, representing insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury, property damage, and subrogation matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Erin served as in-house counsel for a major insurance company where she maintained a substantial caseload, litigating cases from inception to successful resolutions and trials. She has extensive experience in conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, mediations, case strategy, and working closely with claims professionals to evaluate liability and exposure.

Erin’s in-house experience gives her a unique insight into the needs of her clients. She prioritizes client communication, prompt initial case review, and developing a clear litigation strategy focused on achieving favorable outcomes.
