Erin S. Conlin is Senior Counsel in the Minneapolis office of GRSM and a member of the Employment Law, Professional Liability Defense, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. She has significant experience litigating employment claims, from pre-trial motions to appearing in court and winning trials. Given her ability to quickly assess the issues and find creative solutions, Erin is a go-to resource for complex and high-profile employment trials. Her practice includes representing employers of all sizes in a variety of industries, including banks, manufactures, health care providers, and higher education institutions.

  • Defended major bank against age discrimination and retaliation claims in a jury trial. Jury unanimously rejected Plaintiff’s claims and request for over $12 million dollars and issued a complete defense verdict.
  • Defended a non-profit organization that provides senior housing in a jury trial. Received favorable defense verdict on multiple claims and further eliminated Plaintiff’s claims and alleged damages through a motion for judgment as a matter of law.
  • Successfully obtained summary judgment dismissing sex discrimination and defamation claims brought by a former employee against a community bank.
