Erin Salfen

She also advises clients on their day-to-day business, helping them to navigate federal, state, and international law, negotiations, and contractual issues, while growing and protecting their business.

Recently, she has won early dismissals in class, insurance coverage, and complex transportation actions. Erin is also Co-chair of the State Bar of Missouri’s Tort and Transportation Committee and advises lawyers and business leaders on a variety of litigation topics. Prior to joining GRSM, she worked as a trial attorney for a large insurance carrier and led commercial litigation efforts at a boutique firm. She also worked in the Eighth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, writing opinions and memoranda for the judges.
