Ernie D. Mejia

Ernie D. Mejia is a Senior Counsel in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Healthcare practice group. Ernie’s healthcare practice runs the gambit of issues that healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities may face. He has defended claims ranging from allegations of elder/dependent adult abuse and neglect, wrongful death, financial fraud, premises liability, violation of patient rights, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice. His civil trial practice focuses on the defense of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare and long-term care professionals and organizations.
