Esperanza L. Alcazar is a Partner in San Diego office. She is an experienced litigator who has focused her career on employment and commercial litigation. Esperanza has experience representing clients in employment matters, contract disputes, construction disputes, premises liability, and product liability.

She is a member of the Employment Law practice group. Her practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses on claims ranging from single plaintiff to complex class action wage/hour matters. She has substantial experience, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and sexual harassment, as well as PAGA lawsuits.

Esperanza has represented clients in state and federal court in California and Ohio. Additionally, she has appellate experience.
