Evan Aronson focuses his practice on commercial litigation, general liability, construction defect, and real estate litigation matters. Evan has a diverse litigation background, including insurance defense, as well as representing businesses, commercial and residential landlords, and lenders in all manner of civil disputes, such as breach of contract actions and ADA defense.

Evan has previously worked in-house for a large real estate developer and has family in the Portland-metro area in real estate. His experience makes him adept at handling commercial disputes.

Evan obtains favorable results for clients in mediation, and he loves to try or arbitrate cases when it becomes necessary. His most recent trial, Garcia-Sanchez v. Creekside Valley Farms, LLC, in Yamhill County, Oregon, resulted in an extremely favorable verdict for the defense. The plaintiff’s prayer and ask at trial was $2.6M. The verdict, after the application of 30% comparative fault on the plaintiff, was $357K.
