Fernando Hugo Silva is a multistate attorney licensed in Indiana and Illinois whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, general liability, and employment law. He has helped clients to achieve favorable outcomes in both state and federal court.

Before returning to private practice, Fernando served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. As a result of his judicial clerkship experience, Fernando has a deep understanding of the litigation process. Fernando previously practiced at a national law firm, representing corporate clients, insurers, employers, and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters. His work included defending commercial disputes, general liability actions, and employment-related claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues.

Before pursuing a career in law, Fernando served in the U.S. Navy as a turbine technician for four years. In recognition of his actions during a disaster relief operation, he was awarded the Humanitarian Service Medal.
