Franchezka L. Reichard-Labault is skilled Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of GRSM. She is a member of the Environmental & Toxic Tort practice group focusing on cases involving asbestos litigation. Franchezka has successfully represented clients in a number of challenging disputes in the states of New York and New Jersey, and more recently expanded her practice into the state of Illinois.

Prior to joining GRSM, Franchezka received extensive litigation experience from prestigious law firms in the state of New York which allowed her to secure a strong foundation to ensure effective defense strategies on behalf of organizations in matters of toxic tort. In addition to her experience in toxic tort defense, Franchezka has gained valuable experiences involving matters of general liability, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation throughout her years of practice.

Franchezka received her J.D. from New England Law | Boston. While in law school, she helped carry the law school’s negotiation team to first place in the ABA Negotiation Regional Competition in 2015 and acted as a research assistant in projects involving law school student bar exam preparation.
