Gaurav Bobby Kalra is the Assistant Managing Partner of the firm’s Sacramento office, covering greater Sacramento and the Valley. Bobby is a trial attorney and has litigated cases before state and federal courts and various administrative agencies, including bench and jury trials. He has extensive experience, including trials, involving the intersection of employee mobility and the protection of intangible assets. Bobby maintains a diversified multi-state litigation practice which includes employment litigation, general liability, professional liability, habitability claims, commercial litigation including contractual disputes, consumer class actions, and intellectual property litigation.
