Gerald focuses his practice on commercial litigation, drawing on his experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Before joining GRSM his practice focused on insurance defense, including automobile liability, construction liability, premises liability, and products liability. Earlier in his career, he handled commercial litigation, medical malpractice, and first-party property claims. His experience on both sides of litigation provides valuable insight into evaluating claims, anticipating opposing arguments, and developing effective litigation strategies.
