Ginger specializes in day-to-day strategic guidance on all aspects of the employment life-cycle from application to post-termination, including hiring, discipline, performance management, termination, internal investigations, reductions-in-force and corporate restructure, and post-termination remedies. She provides nuanced and comprehensive legal advice and counsel on varied and complex employment and workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other claims, as well as leaves of absence, disability accommodations and the interactive process, OSHA/safety, and wage and hour compliance. In addition, Ginger regularly provides management/HR trainings, drafts employment and separation agreements, and creates employer-specific handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving employment laws.

Ginger has expertise in handling pre-litigation response and resolution, negotiation and mediation, and routinely represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Occupational Health and Safety Administration, and local and state counterparts. She is an Authorized OSHA 10/30 Safety Trainer and Certified Mediator.
