Gregory Rousso is an Associate in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Health Care practice group. He primarily focuses his practice on representing medical professionals and corporate entities against claims of negligence, wrongful death, elder neglect, and derivative liability. Gregory also frequently handles constitutional law claims against correctional health care providers, as well as matters involving construction defects, environmental torts, and intellectual property. He handles cases in both state and federal court.

Gregory’s experience includes the representation of doctors, nurses, healthcare institutions and Fortune 500 companies in personal injury claims, malpractice litigation, and derivative liability suits among others.

Gregory completed his J.D. at Golden Gate University School of Law. While attending law school, he competed in Mock Trial and was a teaching fellow for the Litigation Center. In his free time he is an avid golfer and chess player.
