Gregory Rousso focuses his practice on complex civil defense litigation in both state and federal courts. His expertise spans a broad range of legal issues including premises liability, medical malpractice, elder neglect, Fourteenth Amendment and Section 1983, toxic torts, landlord-tenant, business litigation, and intellectual property matters. Gregory handles cases from the pre-litigation stage all the way through trial and appeal.

Gregory completed his J.D. at Golden Gate University School of Law on a full scholarship. While attending law school, he competed in Mock Trial and worked as a teaching assistant for the Litigation Center.
