Gurudev D. Allin has extensive experience in diverse areas of practice including construction litigation, commercial litigation, professional liability defense, product liability defense, tort litigation, health law and False Claims Act litigation. Prior to joining GRSM, Gurudev had more than 16 years of civil litigation experience in the states of New York and Hawaii in both the private sector in law firms and in the public sector as a deputy attorney general for the State of Hawaii for more than four years. Gurudev leverages his wide-ranging civil litigation experience in multiple states across multiple practice areas to provide zealous and effective counsel to clients in a diverse range of matters.
