Hailey Loehr specializes in a wide array of employment law matters. She has experience in cases involving discrimination and retaliation at the state, local, and city level. Hailey has worked on matters in a variety of forums, including State and Federal Court, Arbitrations, and before administrative bodies.

Before joining GRSM, Hailey worked in New York Labor Law after moving from Colorado. In Colorado, her practice focused on employment law and personal injury litigation including experience as a trial attorney specifically catering to insurance carriers. Prior to practicing primarily in litigated matters, Hailey clerked for Judge Eric M. Johnson, 2nd District Court Denver, Colorado.
