Hannah represents employers in all stages of litigation, guiding and defending clients through their most complex employment disputes.  Hannah defends businesses large and small in a wide range of employment related matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblower actions, disability and religious accommodations and the interactive process, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.

Hannah’s litigation practice includes defending single plaintiff and class action cases in state and federal court, as well as claims before state and federal administrative agencies such as the California Civil Rights Department, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and California Labor & Workforce Development Agency.

Hannah works closely with clients from the inception of litigation through settlement negotiations and trial preparation.  In addition to her litigation practice, Hannah also advises employers on how to navigate strategic personnel decisions.
