Hayden B. Davis focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation matters. He represents clients from case inception to resolution, inclusive of negotiating early resolutions in lieu of litigation, drafting responsive pleadings, conducting intensive fact and expert discovery, strategizing and drafting dispositive motions, and trial practice.
- Prepared, drafted, and obtained summary judgment on several construction defect and consumer protection claims asserted against residential home builder during complex arbitration proceedings
- Successfully negotiated release of several mechanic’s liens recorded against a hotel construction project under time-sensitive circumstances.
- Tried and obtained defense verdicts in multiple matters before the Gibson and Shelby County General Sessions Courts.
