Heidi is an experienced commercial litigator who advises and defends clients in high-stakes and complex disputes. Her practice spans a broad range of complex litigation areas including, but not limited to contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, environmental claims, wrongful death, insurance coverage and mass tort defense. Heidi is experienced in class actions and multidistrict litigation (MDL).

Heidi’s environmental litigation practice encompasses investigation and regulatory compliance regarding groundwater and soil. She has personally worked with clients in the onsite coordination and oversight of testing and remediation.

Heidi guides clients in responses to industrial accidents and other catastrophic events. She also assists clients in reviews of contracts and internal policies and procedures to identify potential risks in advance and find creative solutions to avoid them.

Electronically Stored Information (ESI)

Heidi is particularly adept at guiding clients to comply with the myriad duties connected to discovery of electronically stored data as a litigant or non-party responding to a subpoena. In high-stakes litigation, a smart and cost-efficient approach to ESI compliance is essential. Heidi has deep experience in overseeing the identification, collection, preservation, review and production of ESI. Clients seek out her assistance with third-party subpoenas and electronic discovery, especially when they are concerned about divulging trade secrets or other confidential information.
