Lucius Laffitte defends corporations, businesses, and individuals in matters related to complex business litigation, professional liability, commercial vehicle accidents, and construction. His practice includes all aspects of civil litigation at both state and federal level. Lucius is experienced in all stages of the litigation process, from initial evaluation through discovery, mediation, motions, and trial. He has successfully obtained numerous defense verdicts on behalf of his clients in jury trials throughout South Carolina. Lucius is also a certified mediator and enjoys assisting parties in alternative dispute resolution.
