Holly A. Graves defends employers in all stages of litigation including large corporations, small businesses, non-profits, universities, and hospitals against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation (under the Fair employment and Housing Act and the Labor Code), harassment, failure to accommodate, wage and hour violations, and Private Attorneys General Act violations.

Prior to joining GRSM, worked at a Bay Area defense firm defending individuals and corporate entities in all stages of litigation in the areas of personal injury and premises liability litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, commercial and residential homeowners’ association litigation, and neighbor disputes in state and federal courts.

During law school, Holly completed internships with the Honorable A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court, the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Division, the Marin County District Attorney’s Office, and Chapman Law Group. Before law school, Holly was a pharmaceuticals analytical chemist.

  • Second chaired three jury trials to defense verdict in two motor vehicle collision matters and one neighbor dispute matter.
  • Successful bench trial in Sacramento County resulting in dismissal of Plaintiff/Petitioner’s Complaint.
