Eunice Liao is an Associate in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Cyber, Privacy & Data Security practice groups. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). She assists clients in complex litigations including privacy and consumer class actions and has successfully obtained dismissals for clients. Eunice also assists clients with matters related to contractual disputes, trademark disputes, unfair competition, fraud, and other business torts.

Prior to joining GRSM, Eunice practiced law in Taiwan, where she represented clients before courts and regulators, including in international litigation and arbitration, and in cases involving privacy counseling, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, construction disputes, employment, unfair competition, and consumer disputes.

Eunice received her Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, with a focus on privacy and technology laws. Eunice further obtained her MBA with a focus on marketing and general management. She has also participated in an exchange program at VU University, Faculty of Law, in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where she gained insight on European laws.
