Justine Kilpatrick is a Partner operating remotely through the Sacramento office of GRSM. She is a tenacious civil trial attorney with a pragmatic and hands-on approach to litigation. Justine also provides counseling and advice to clients on risk mitigation and best practices for avoiding future claims and lawsuits. Justine’s practice includes Labor & Employment, General Liability, Professional Liability, and Commercial Litigation throughout California in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
