Ingrid M. Rodriguez-Ramirez

Of Counsel

Ingrid Rodriguez-Ramirez is a seasoned litigator with a unique background in both medicine and law, which she leverages to advocate for clients in complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters. She represents individuals and insurers in cases involving wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and claims under EMTALA, appearing in both state and federal courts.

With a foundation in medical training and years of experience managing and litigating medical malpractice claims, Ingrid brings a deep understanding of healthcare issues to her legal practice. She began her legal career handling claims for a medical and hospital malpractice insurance group, where she developed a strong grasp of risk management and claims evaluation. She later expanded her litigation skills at a civil and commercial litigation firm, defending insurers in general liability and consumer protection matters.

Since 2007, Ingrid has operated her own practice, where she continues to represent a diverse client base, including insurance companies and individuals seeking justice in personal injury and medical negligence cases. Her dual expertise allows her to navigate the intersection of law and medicine with precision and empathy.

Ingrid is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is also a licensed notary.
