Jacklyn J. Kim focuses her practice on environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance defense, trucking matters, asbestos, talc, and silica claims, and trial practice. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Jacklyn represents insurance carriers and insureds in complex litigation matters. She advises clients on liability, damages, case valuation, settlement strategy, and regulatory compliance issues.

Jacklyn has extensive experience handling matters from inception through trial preparation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, preparing trial exhibits and jury instructions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. She has also supervised attorneys and paralegals, managed law firm operations, and provided training and mentorship to legal professionals.

Earlier in her career, Jacklyn managed her own law practice handling complex litigation matters, and later served as staff counsel for major insurance carriers, defending insureds in arbitrations, mediations, and mandatory settlement conferences.
