Jacob Baran provides representation in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Jacob has significant experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, professional liability, construction, and other business disputes.

Jacob also has experience advising insurers on various first-party and third-party coverage matters and providing representation in first-party lawsuits involving coverage disputes and bad faith. Prior to joining GRSM, Jacob’s practice focused primarily in the area of complex civil litigation.

First-chaired and obtained favorable verdict for client in bench trial involving breach of oral contract.
