Commercial litigation attorney Jacob Pizzo handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including antitrust, construction defect and abandonment, copyright and trademark infringement, and general breach of contract. Jacob draws on his prior experience in commercial and general liability cases where he prosecuted extensive complex litigation matters in which he negotiated settlements in construction defect, premise liability, and auto liability matters.

Jacob’s experience in both federal and state court help both individuals and businesses navigate the intricacies of pleadings, mediation, discovery, and all phases of litigation. Jacob’s knowledge and passion for litigation began in law school where Jacob was a member of Ave Maria School of Law’s Moot Court Team. Jacob has spearheaded that passion into a successful litigation practice where he fervently represents his clients.
