Jacqueline Olson brings a unique perspective to her practice. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in law, government, and leadership, Jacqueline’s background in both private practice and government service provides a unique perspective on risk assessment, compliance, investigations, and dispute resolution.

Before returning to private practice, Jacqueline served in several leadership roles at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, including Assistant Commissioner, Enforcement Division. In those roles, she directed civil and criminal enforcement teams, advised on regulatory and policy issues, collaborated with government attorneys, and worked extensively with businesses, consumers, and industry stakeholders to address complex legal and compliance issues.

Clients find her to be empathetic, hard-working, collaborative, practical, and strategic while navigating difficult legal challenges and organisational objectives.
