Jacquiline M. Wagner focuses her practice on employment, labor, and education matters. With more than 25 years of experience, she has advised employers, business owners, supervisors, human resources professionals, public agencies, and educational institutions on a wide range of workplace and employment issues.

Jacquiline has represented employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, handling all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, mediation, settlement negotiations, and resolution of claims. She has also advised clients on wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, disability accommodations, religious accommodations, employee leaves, workplace violence prevention, employee handbooks, and policy development.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jacquiline founded and served as president of an employment law and human resources consulting practice, where she advised employers on a wide range of workplace issues. She previously held senior legal leadership positions with one of the nation’s largest public school districts and, earlier in her career, represented management in employment litigation and counseling matters in private practice, as well as in-house and judicial clerkship roles.

In addition to her litigation and counseling practice, Jacquiline developed and delivered workforce training programs, conducted workplace investigations, prepared agency position statements, and assisted employers with risk management and compliance initiatives.
