Jaime L. Wiesenfeld serves as Of Counsel in the Denver office of GRSM. She has practiced law in a number of different jurisdictions since 2004, with a primary focus on civil defense practice before state and federal New Mexico courts. Since joining GRSM, Jaime has continued her successful defense of clients.
- Clerked for the New Mexico Court of Appeals, the Honorable Roderick T. Kennedy
- Secured a reversal on appeal to the New Mexico Court of Appeals of a district court order denying a motion to compel arbitration
- Secured dismissal of FDCPA claims in multiple jurisdictions on statute of limitations grounds, including one count recently dismissed in a matter before a federal District of New Mexico court
