Jaime Lee Bowker specializes in environmental and toxic tort law. She has represented clients on a wide range of environmental matters including the California Environmental Quality Act, Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act. She has experience litigating complex environmental matters for private and public agency clients.

While in law school, Jaime was a member of McGeorge School of Law’s Moot Court Honors Board, and was the student coach of the ABA National Competition 2022-2023 team which placed Top 5 in the ABA NAAC in Washington, D.C.

She earned two concentrations in law school, Water and Environmental Law and Capital Lawyering and was a member of McGeorge’s Public Policy Clinic and assisted in the writing and passage of AB 805 (2024). While in law school, she was President of the McGeorge Water Law Society and a student member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court.
