Jane G. Kuppermann focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, insurance defense, and trust and estate matters. She has more than 30 years of experience representing both individual and corporate clients in high-exposure and multifaceted legal disputes.

Jane is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience managing catastrophic personal injury defense matters, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, paralysis, and other significant injury claims, as well as high-value property damage disputes. She handles all stages of litigation, from initial case strategy through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial or arbitration, and works closely with clients and claims professionals to drive efficient and effective resolutions.

Her practice also includes substantial experience in complex civil litigation matters exceeding one million dollars, where she develops litigation strategies, drafts and argues dispositive motions, and oversees case development through resolution. In addition, Jane has a strong background in estate planning and trust administration, advising clients on fiduciary responsibilities, trust disputes, real property transfers, and related tax considerations.

Earlier in her career, Jane represented clients in a broad range of matters including construction litigation, labor law, commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and administrative proceedings. She has also maintained a solo practice focused on estate planning, guardianships, and disability-related appeals while continuing to litigate and manage administrative hearings.
