Jane Kim focuses her practice on construction, commercial litigation, and unfair competition matters. She is committed to providing strategic representation tailored to her clients’ needs and objectives and handles all aspects of litigation.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jane’s practice focused on complex litigation, with substantial experience in antitrust and consumer protection. Her work spans a range of industries, including technology, energy, and agriculture. She also brings experience in intellectual property and employment matters.

Earlier in her career, Jane worked at the California Attorney General’s Office, where she assisted with multiple investigations and enforcement actions. She is fluent in Korean and familiar with Korean businesses.
