- Represented national manufacturers of furnaces, building materials, and equipment in all phases of pre-trial litigation involving asbestos exposure claims
- Defended a Class I railroad in personal injury lawsuits filed by current and former employees under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA)
- Represented national and regional corporate landowners in toxic exposure litigation brought by employees and contractors
- Defended global beauty product manufacturers in cases alleging harm from contaminated talc
- Advised, counseled, and defended U.S. defense contractors in product liability claims related to military equipment, including fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft, missiles, rockets, and weapons systems
