Jennifer Ayala focuses her practice in employment law and represents a wide range of clients in matters including labor disputes, wage and hour, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and failure to accommodate claims. Jennifer has a strong commitment to supporting employers in navigating complex legal challenges.

 

Prior to joining GRSM, Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While in law school, Jennifer was a judicial extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Kandis A. Westmore. Additionally, she interned for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and the National Labor Relations Board.
