Jeanette C. Suarez

Jeanette focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes representing clients across a broad spectrum of industries in all phases of litigation. She ensures matters run smoothly by assisting with everything from pre-trial motions to trials, post-trials and appeals.

Currently, Jeanette defends an automobile manufacturer in matters involving the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. She conducts and defends the depositions of consumers, experts and corporate representatives, as well as participates in settlement conferences. Jeanette has trial experience, both as a first and second chair, and has obtained complete defense verdicts.
