Jeanilou G.T. Maschhoff is a Hawai’i-based attorney licensed in Hawai’i and California. She has represented large financial institutions, businesses, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters. Her practice includes business and commercial disputes, collections, entertainment and fashion law, trademark law, and estate planning.

Before entering private practice, Jeanilou held leadership roles with the Legal Aid Society of Hawaiʻi and Volunteer Legal Services Hawaiʻi. She also helped establish the University of Hawaiʻi’s Office of Institutional Equity. She is active in the community and serves as a Volunteer Arbitrator for the Hawaiʻi Judiciary’s Court Annexed Arbitration Program. In 2025, she was honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration as the Women-Owned Business Champion for Honolulu County.
