Jelani Culley handles commercial litigation matters, particularly with respect to Japanese clients. Jelani has experience with a broad range of disputes, including those related to intellectual property, sports, and entertainment. He provides key insight based on fact investigation; conducts discovery projects; and crafts legal strategy in furtherance of motions, pleadings, and oral argument.
- Contributed to the successful representation of a Japanese LED manufacturer in its patent defense against a California entity, in which a judgment of dismissal was granted in favor of the manufacturer.
