Jenay N. Younger is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and a member of the Employment Practice Group. Jenay's practice primarily focuses on complex wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA representative actions. Her work also includes litigation of wrongful termination, retaliation, employment discrimination and harassment claims. Jenay has defended California employers in both state and federal venues. She regularly conducts investigations of claims and allegations related to wage and hour disputes, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct.
