Jenay N. Younger is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and a member of the Employment Practice Group. Jenay's practice primarily focuses on complex wage and hour disputes, including class actions and PAGA representative actions. Her work also includes litigation of wrongful termination, retaliation, employment discrimination and harassment claims. Jenay has defended California employers in both state and federal venues. She regularly conducts investigations of claims and allegations related to wage and hour disputes, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct. 

Prior to joining GRSM, Jenay worked at a Los Angeles firm that aggressively litigated wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions in state and federal courts.

Jenay’s diverse past experience includes work with a Chapter 9 Bankruptcy trustee’s office, several boutique sports and entertainment law firms, a nonprofit agency to address criminal matters, an environmental law firm, and a program for conflict resolution. With a passion for representation, she also served on the Board of the Black Law Students Association and was a student member of the Langston Bar Association.
