Jennifer Kellar is Senior Counsel in the San Diego office of GRSM. She is a member of the firm's Insurance, Franchise Law and Construction practice groups.

Jennifer's insurance practice focuses on providing insurers with advice on complex coverage issues and defending insurers against bad faith litigation issues. In the franchise field, Jennifer represents large multi-national corporations in business litigation matters, including contract fraud, royalty, trademark infringement and other franchise disputes. Jennifer also represents contractors, developers, and owners in a variety of construction litigation matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jennifer practiced construction defect litigation primarily providing representation to developers in Southern California.
